Technology upgrades can be tangible and readily adopted, but the core challenge lies in changing workflows and organisational behaviour. The digitisation strategy established since 2022 targets lean growth by avoiding cost escalation and managing complexity as the company expands. Practical efforts include resolving functional gaps in IT, modernising infrastructure where needed, and embedding process and data improvements so the business can capitalise on new market opportunities without undue risk.
