Highline Continues Michigan Expansion with Acquisition of 906 Technologies

Highline is deploying fiber to Watersmeet Township residents, completed an RDOF-funded Thumb-area project, and acquired IMS in southeast Texas.

The press release did not include any details about the transaction.
Highline says that it has been in the telecommunications sector for 127 years, and has built, owned and operated fiber for 27 years. In addition to Michigan, the company is active in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, and Georgia. Highline and 906 Technologies apparently like doing business with each other. In January, the companies completed a similar deal in the Upper Peninsula. That one focused on Marquette County.
