New accounts for Grinds 360 show payments exceeding €1 million to firms owned by co-founder Brendan Kavanagh for services. Brendan Kavanagh is a Wicklow businessman and entrepreneur involved with the company. Kavanagh has previously said he thinks university "is for slow learners". The payments to Kavanagh-owned firms were larger than the company's recorded loss during its initial 13 months of operation.
