Greenlight Networks is acquiring FastBridge Fiber for an undisclosed price, with regulatory approval pending and a closing expected in mid-next year. The acquisition expands Greenlight Networks' presence in Pennsylvania and adds scale in Buffalo, complementing existing operations in New York and Maryland. Oak Hill Capital is the majority investor in Greenlight Networks; Guggenheim Investments clients have supported FastBridge and will take an ownership stake in Greenlight after closing. Greenlight previously announced expansion into northeast and south-central Pennsylvania and a Loop Internet acquisition to accelerate fiber deployment, local hiring, partnerships, and capital investments. FastBridge recently expanded Erie County with promised 10 Gbps service.
