Gonzalo Luchetti will succeed Mark Mason as Citi CFO after the bank files its 2025 year-end results. Mark Mason will become executive vice chair and senior executive advisor to chair and CEO Jane Fraser, and plans to pursue external leadership opportunities by the end of 2026. Luchetti joined Citi in 2006 and has led U.S. Personal Banking since 2021. He has worked across private banking, wealth, retail banking, unsecured credit cards and secured mortgages at local, regional and global levels. He has extensive international experience, including six years in Singapore overseeing 18 markets and applying digital strategies.
