The Nets had a 14% chance to land the No. 1 pick and a 52.11% chance to pick in the top four, but their most likely result was No. 6 with a 26.02% chance. The pick still offers an opportunity to add another key piece to a young roster featuring Egor Dëmin and last year’s No. 8 selection, along with other recent first-round players. The result removes Brooklyn from the most favorable portion of a draft expected to include top prospects such as AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, and Caleb Wilson.
