
"A 60-year-old woman was fatally struck by an e-bike rider in Brooklyn Monday morning, police said. The e-bike rider was zipping west in the bike lane on Flushing Ave. when he slammed into the victim near North Elliott Place in Fort Greene about 7:15 a.m., police said. The woman, police said, was crossing the street in the middle of the block."
"The victim was rushed to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where she died about 50 minutes later. Her name was not immediately released. The 41-year-old e-bike operator was taken to the same hospital with minor injuries."

Emergency responders rushed the victim to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where she died roughly 50 minutes later. Her name was not immediately released. The 41-year-old e-bike operator was transported to the same hospital and reported minor injuries.
