The route passes through well-known Brooklyn locations, including Prospect Park, and finishes at the Coney Island boardwalk. The event is positioned as more than a single-day race, with programming, activations, and family-friendly experiences planned before, during, and after the race. The course begins on Washington Avenue and Flatbush Avenue, reaches Grand Army Plaza, then turns toward Ocean Avenue and Parkside Avenue. It enters Prospect Park at Machate Circle, loops through the park, then continues via Ocean Parkway to Coney Island. The finish is near the entrance to Leti's Treasure. The first start time is 7 a.m., followed by waves at 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., and 8:30 a.m.
