A shooting incident occurred at Richard's Restaurant and Bar in Canarsie, Brooklyn at 5:06 a.m. on Sunday. Four individuals sustained gunshot wounds: a 43-year-old woman and 38-year-old woman with leg injuries, and two 44-year-old men with leg and arm injuries respectively.
