Delta stowaway convicted in Brooklyn Federal Court

Svetlana Dali, 57, was convicted of being a stowaway on a Delta flight from JFK to Paris, having sneaked aboard without a boarding pass. Dali sneaked onto flight DL264 at JFK without a boarding pass by entering through a special lane for airline employees masked by a large Air Europa flight crew.
Videos show her evading security, hiding in the bathroom, and being discovered just before landing.
Dali's sentencing guidelines range is zero to six months, and she has been in custody for more than five months.
U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly did not set a sentencing date.
