A man allegedly wrapped duct tape around a pit bull’s mouth, eye and legs and kept that dog plus four others in unsanitary kennels in a van. Witnesses recorded the alleged tape application and reported that the man waved a knife when confronted. A viewer of the video recognized the man and reported seeing multiple dogs living in his out-of-state plated van. Police stopped the vehicle, found five kennels soiled with feces and urine, dirty water bowls and no clean food or water. The man was arraigned on charges including animal torture, menacing, failure to provide sustenance, harassment, and vehicle registration violations.
