"BROOKLYN, N.Y. - An 85-year-old woman was found stabbed to death inside her Bedford-Stuyvesant residence Tuesday night after police responded to a 911 call reporting an assault at 638 Throop Avenue, authorities said. Officers arrived around 9:57 p.m. to find the victim, identified as Julia Boomer, suffering from multiple stab wounds throughout her body. She was rushed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County in critical condition, where she was later pronounced dead."
