"The victim stated an unknown male approached [him] and his girlfriend and began to verbally accost them. Per police, the victim said a verbal altercation ensued and then the parties separated. However, the victim said the man continued to make lewd gestures toward his girlfriend which caused a physical altercation to take place in which the victim was struck in the head with a beer bottle."
