Brayan Bello of the Boston Red Sox has expressed that he feels '100 percent healthy' following his recent rehab start with the Worcester Red Sox after experiencing shoulder soreness. Bello logged four innings against the Columbus Clippers, showcasing improvement in his performance with five strikeouts and no walks. Facing restrictions on his activation, manager Alex Cora indicated that Bello needs to pitch five innings before rejoining the team. Bello remains optimistic about his readiness, confident that he can contribute to the Red Sox rotation shortly.
"Yeah, I felt good. Obviously, a couple pitches left up in the plate. But besides that, I felt very good, physically and mentally. Felt very good and was trying to do my best since first pitch."
"I believe so. I feel like I'm 100 percent healthy. It's been a while (since) I've felt this good. My pitches are good, I feel good mentally, I feel good physically. I'm excited about this."
