Jayvien Sandridge has been outrighted to Triple-A after clearing waivers. The 27-year-old left-hander was removed from the 40-man roster to make room for a catcher. Sandridge has had a tumultuous offseason, being designated for assignment by the Yankees and Angels before being traded to the Orioles. He was originally drafted by the Orioles in 2018 and made his MLB debut last year. Sandridge has a strong strikeout rate but struggles with walks, having a career-high walk rate of 11.5% in 2025.
