The traditional-style home, which she owned with her late husband Blake Edwards, features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a family room, living room with French doors opening to a garden, formal dining room with cathedral ceiling, and an artist's studio above the garage. The less-than-quarter-acre gated lot includes a swimming pool and spa surrounded by tall hedges. The property was originally purchased in 1989 for $1.2 million. Gary Glass of Prudential California Realty served as the listing agent, while Jody Fine of Prudential's Palisades office represented the buyer.
