Nick Richards, frontman of the 1980s new wave band Boys Don't Cry, has listed his Malibu property for $3.195 million. The grounds include Japanese gardens, a koi pond, lagoon pool, spa, waterfalls, and gated motor court. Richards purchased the property in 2008 for $2.85 million.
