Isaiah Thomas returned to TD Garden as an honored guest and sat courtside next to new owner Bill Chisholm during the Celtics' game against the Miami Heat. The Celtics honored his 52-point performance from Dec. 30, 2016, as part of the team's "Legendary Moments" series, highlighting his 29 fourth-quarter points that earned him the "King of the Fourth" nickname. Thomas received a loud, lengthy standing ovation and was shown on the jumbotron in the fourth quarter to energize the crowd. Head coach Joe Mazzulla praised the gesture and Thomas's contributions to the city and organization.
