Cole Hutson named Hockey East Defender of the Month for second time in first two months of 2025-26 season
"Cole Hutson was named the Hockey East Defender of the Month after recording 8 points (4g, 4a) in seven November games for the Boston University Terriers. Hutson's biggest single-game offensive output came on the first day of the month, when he recorded three assists against the University of Maine. He is the highest-scoring defenseman in the nation with 18 points (7g, 11a) in 15 games this season."
"The 19-year-old blueliner also ranks third among all NCAA players in shots on goal (67), time on ice per game (26:28), and game-winning goals (3). The Hockey East recognition is already Hutson's second of the year after he won the honors in October, recording 10 points (3g, 7a) in eight games.
