""It's such a cool jersey, it has so much history tied to it," Lindholm said of donning the Three Crowns in Italy."
""I haven't had any opportunities for the Olympics for me in my career so far, so it's going to be a great honor to go there.""
""It's kind of out of your control, right? It's you just have to go out and prove them wrong," Lindholm said. "Now, a spot opened up. And like I said, I felt that I'd serve a spot there, and now one opened up. So it's just the way it works in hockey, sometimes. "You can't really - you have to have a short memory. My first and foremost focus, obviously, is to play my best hockey for the Bruins and try to make the playoffs and have a fun season with the guys here, and then the rest will take care of itself.""
Hampus Lindholm was added to Team Sweden's roster for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics as an injury replacement for Jonas Brodin. Marcus Johansson was also named as an injury replacement for Leo Carlsson. Lindholm will team with Bruins teammate Elias Lindholm in Italy. Several Bruins will represent other countries: Charlie McAvoy and Jeremy Swayman for the United States, David Pastrnak and Pavel Zacha for Czechia, Henri Jokiharju for Finland, and prospect Dans Locmelis for Latvia. Lindholm described wearing the Three Crowns as an honor, celebrated the call by scoring, and emphasized staying focused on Boston and the playoffs.
