MBTA seeks bus rider who allegedly kicked fellow passenger
"MBTA Transit Police are looking to identify a man who allegedly kicked another bus passenger on Dec. 9. Around 3 p.m., the suspect allegedly assaulted and kicked an adult male, unprovoked, before fleeing the bus near Washington Street and Cedrus Avenue in Roslindale, police say."
"The suspect was wearing a black jacket, grey pants, a hat, and a hood at the time of the incident, according to surveillance photos shared by police. Police are seeking to charge the suspect with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (his shod foot). Anyone with information about the suspect's identity or the incident is asked to contact MBTA Transit Police at 617-222-1050."
