"The alleged assault occurred just after 11 a.m. on March 1, police said in a press release. "The unknown assailant then allegedly interjected and kicked the victim, who was five months pregnant, in the stomach. After the alleged assault, the suspect fled the laundromat and headed toward Moreland Street. Police have described him as an approximately 6'0" light-skinned male wearing a blue New York Yankees hat, a beige hoodie, and blue pants."
"Detectives are also looking for a woman who was present during the assault and "may be associated with the suspect," according to the statement. Though police did not have a photo of the suspect, they did include images of the woman, who is seen wearing a gray jacket, black sweatpants, and brown shoes."
