An overnight fire in a Hudson River tunnel led to suspension of service. The FDNY reported five injured people, with two seriously injured and three refusing medical attention. NJ Transit reported damage to Amtrak overhead wires caused by earlier Amtrak track car fire in the same Hudson River tunnel. FDNY received the first call about a train car fire on Track 11 around 1:30 a.m., and the fire was brought under control by 4 a.m. Ticketing is being cross-honored.
