Nicole Kidman Inspired to Become Death Doula by Mother's Passing

Nicole Kidman is training to become a death doula, a non-medical support figure for those facing death. Her inspiration stems from her mother's passing at 84 in 2024, where she felt the family could not provide enough support. Kidman expressed a desire for impartial caregivers to offer solace during such times. In addition to her new role, she continues her acting career with recent projects including Apple TV's 'Margo's Got Money Troubles' and the upcoming 'Practical Magic 2'.
