Hollywood 1947 is a strategy and social deduction game where 1-9 players produce movies reflecting their hidden loyalties of patriotism or communism. Each game round consists of three phases: Production, Post, and Premiere. Players draw movie posters indicating genre and loyalty biases. During Production, players perform actions from job cards, while in Post, they add propaganda cards to the movie. The Premiere reveals the loyalty symbols from the cards and determines which loyalty wins the round. Special rules may apply with the Rising Star option and solo mode is available for individual gameplay.
