Brazil youth star after racist abuse: Hurts the soul
Briefly

The CBF has announced plans to file a complaint with CONMEBOL after Palmeiras player Luighi suffered racial abuse during a match against Cerro Porteno's U20s in Paraguay. Despite his team's victory, Luighi was visibly upset and spoke out against the racism he faced, expressing the longstanding pain it brings to the Black community. The CBF's president expressed outrage and emphasized the need for strict punishment against racism in football, showcasing the ongoing fight against racial prejudice in the sport.
It hurts the soul. And it is the same pain that all black people have felt throughout history, because things evolve, but they are never 100% resolved.
Today's episode leaves scars and needs to be seen for what it really is: A crime. Until when? That is the question I hope we won't have to ask at some point.
Racism is a criminal offence and must be combated by everyone. I know how much pain Luighi has suffered. Enough of racists in football.
