AbsoluteBLACK Aether ultralight tubeless valves are designed for lightweight road or gravel bikes and claim to be the lightest tubeless valves available. The valves use carbon-reinforced polymer composite construction to reduce density versus aluminum while enabling more refined internal geometry that would be difficult with CNC machining. Seals are made from traditional rubber to maintain reliable air retention. A bottom-sealing mechanism replaces a traditional valve core, inspired by an early 1915 valve design, to simplify internal design, increase the air channel to reduce clogging, and create a more direct internal air path. The valves are compatible with standard Presta pump heads and rims drilled for Presta valves.
