Abra-Cadabra Fabrication has successfully acquired Waterford Precision Cycles and Gunnar Cycles, reviving the brands two years after their closure. The production will occur at their Durango, Colorado facility and aims to enhance the quality and design that both brands are known for. David Siegrist expresses excitement about merging their manufacturing capabilities with the historic designs of the acquired companies. With additional input from local riders, they plan to refresh and update the product lines, ensuring these brands regain their reputation in the cycling industry.
Production will be relocated to Abra-Cadabra Fab's Durango, Colorado facility. Production will be ramping up and going online later this month.
David Siegrist says that they are "excited to blend Gunnar and Waterford's great designs and reputation with the capabilities of our team and facilities."
They'll be using these to help "revamp the product line", bringing Gunnar and Waterford up to date.
Adding Durango's world-class riders' feedback, they hope to fortify Gunner's tradition of rarely matched, value-based performance.
