These New MTB Wheels Find a Balance of Price and Durability
Briefly

HUNT Wheels' Enduro V3 represents a groundbreaking advancement in alloy mountain bike wheel design, tailored for endurance and aggressive riding. Through extensive testing, the wheelset achieved a remarkable energy rating of 560 joules, demonstrating resilience against impacts. Engineered by Ollie Mant, the V3 features innovations like a front and rear-specific design and minimized stress factors. Field-tested by elite riders globally, the V3 promises a blend of strength and performance, positioning it as a top choice for serious mountain bikers.
With a new front and rear-specific rim design, fully sealed Enduro Bearings, and the all-new H_Ratchet XL 40T hub system, this new Enduro V3 wheelset is engineered to take the hardest hits Enduro and gravity riders can dish out.
The Enduro V3 emerged with a total energy rating of 560 joules-one of the highest in its category and on par with some of the most robust rims in the world.
HUNT wanted to showcase the strength of these prototype wheels by giving them to some fantastic riders: Joe Connell, Lachlan Blair, Guillaume Labreyou, Tyler McCaul.
A new design that handles impacts better and requires 20 joules more energy to show initial signs of damage (compared to Enduro Wide V2).
