The Sam's Pants is Back! REEB Cycles Tailors Limited Run of USA-Made Gravel Frames
Briefly

REEB Cycles is bringing back The Sam's Pants, a gravel bike originally released in 2012 and updated in 2020. This new limited release celebrates REEB's 15th anniversary and features modern geometry and versatile design for various uses including commuting and adventure cycling. The bike boasts lightweight Columbus Zona tubing and is UDH compatible, designed for long days on mixed terrain. The name reflects a humorous backstory, linked to a local shop kid named Sam, and symbolizes the adventurous spirit of gravel biking.
"We built our first gravel bike over 13 years ago," said Tim Moore, REEB Cycles Sales Director. "At the time, no one at REEB was sure about drop-bar bikes or skinny jeans, so they named the new bike after a local shop kid, Sam, who introduced everyone to the latter."
"This is the start of REEB Cycles' 15th year. The limited release of the revised 2025 The Sam's Pants is a call back to REEB's heritage of crafting steel bikes with simple, clean lines."
"The Sam's Pants is versatile enough that it can go from running errands around town to getting a podium spot with Joe Grant on the Colorado Trail Race."
"Just like Sam's pants, this design is tight."
