
Kona Process 246 is a full-suspension kids mountain bike built on a 6061 aluminum frame with 120mm of rear travel and a 120mm fork. It uses a linkage-driven single-pivot suspension design that mimics the ride feel of Kona’s adult Process bikes, with custom tuning for lighter riders to deliver sensitivity and progressivity. The bike comes in one size for riders between 4'4" and 5', using a 24" rear and 26" front mixed-wheel setup for confidence, maneuverability, and extra rear-wheel clearance. A flip-chip allows switching to a 26" rear wheel without changing geometry. It includes 140mm cranks, Shimano brakes with wide reach adjustment, and a low standover height.
