Singular Cycles historically sold framesets for home or partner-shop assembly and is now adding four complete bikes built from its production steel and titanium models while retaining full custom options. All production frames will use external cable routing optimized for mechanical gears, reflecting founder Sam Alison's preference. Complete bikes will be orderable from Singularcycles.com beginning 13 November 2025, with in-stock delivery around 2–3 weeks. Every frame and fork carries a lifetime warranty for the original owner. Builds are hand-assembled in workshops in the Chilterns, UK, and Portland, Oregon.
