Officine Mattio built the Bisalta as a lightweight, race-ready aero gravel bike manufactured and hand-painted in Italy. The model is named after the Bisalta mountain near the Mattio workshop in Cuneo, located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps near the French border. The bike prioritizes fast paved-road performance and seamless transition onto gravel, enabling riders to explore mountain roads. The frame uses Torayca T1000 fiber with a claimed weight of 950g for size M and pairs with a 600g OM SL full carbon gravel fork. The chassis features fully integrated internal routing, a straight 1.5" headset, a T47 threaded bottom bracket, a 27.2mm round seatpost, and UDH rear and removable braze-on front derailleur mounts.
