New Full Suspension Kid's Bikes from Prevelo & Kona Will Help Kids Go Full Send
"The Prevelo Foxtrot gives us a look at the future of full suspension from one of our favorite kids' bike companies. Built with a hydroformed aluminum frame running a Horst Link suspension platform, the frame features Boost spacing, internal cable routing including dropper post, and a UDH dropout."
"There will be three Foxtrot models total, with the Foxtrot Three running 20″ wheels, the Foxtrot Four on 24″ wheels, and the Foxtrot Five on 26″ wheels. Travel gradually increases as well, with the Foxtrot Three offering 120mm rear and front travel."
"The Foxtrot bikes are equipped with legit MTB components, including a MicroShift Advent 1×9 or 10s drivetrain, tubeless-ready rims and tires, Shimano Deore hydraulic disc brakes, and Prevelo's HEIR Pivotal saddles and handlebars with smaller grip diameters."
Prevelo is set to launch the Foxtrot series of full suspension bikes designed for children, featuring models with 20″, 24″, and 26″ wheels. The bikes are built with a hydroformed aluminum frame and a Horst Link suspension platform. Each model offers varying travel specifications, with components tailored for smaller riders. The Foxtrot series includes high-quality MTB components such as a MicroShift drivetrain and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. Pricing is yet to be determined, but the bikes are expected to be available later this year, potentially for the holiday season.
