"Commencal freeride athlete Tomas Lemoine is best known for his slopestyle performances. In 2022, he pushed the boundaries of the Red Bull Joyride competition. During his run, Lemoine carried incredible speed into the last feature-a massive wooden platform. While most were tricking on and off the platform, Lemoine jumped the entire feature. The send and an overall ridiculous run put Lemoine in third. It also cemented Lemoine in slopestyle history."
"Despite his prominence as a slopestyle athlete, Lemoine always had other goals. Ever since he was a kid, he had Red Bull Rampage on his mind. As a professional, he made it a goal. And, in 2025, Lemoine accomplished that goal, participating in his first-ever Red Bull Rampage. Similar to his Joyride send, Lemoine had to have a massive feature in his Rampage run. So, he and his team built what was dubbed the Stratos Drop."
Commencal freeride athlete Tomas Lemoine earned recognition for daring slopestyle runs, including a 2022 Red Bull Joyride run where he carried extreme speed into a massive wooden platform and jumped the entire feature. The run secured third place and cemented Lemoine in slopestyle history. Lemoine pursued Red Bull Rampage since childhood and achieved that ambition in 2025 by participating in his first Rampage. He and his team constructed an enormous feature called the Stratos Drop for his Rampage line. The Stratos Drop required slow rolling, precise speed control, and a turn off a narrow ridge before the huge descent. The entire build and send are captured in a recently released documentary.
