2026 Cinelli HoBootleg Geo Refines Off-Road Adventure Geometry & Gets UDH Upgrade, Too
"Cinelli's HoBootleg Geo, the Italian bikemaker's affordable extreme adventure bikepacking rig, gets a subtle geometry update to help take you trips further than ever. Described as a nearly indestructible off-road touring bike, the HoBootleg Geo already had classic MTB-inspired geometry. But as mountain bike geometry continued to evolve, now this rigid dropbar adventure bike does, too, with a more forward & much lower position for slightly more nimble handling without compromising off-road stability."
""We've fine-tuned the HoBootleg Geo over a three-year testing period with our adventure ambassadors. We wanted to build a bike which is ready to tackle your most extreme rides straight out of the box. It's ready to match whatever you throw at it and we can't wait to see which remote corners of the globe riders venture to." - Victor Luis, Cinelli Chairman"
"First off on the geometry update front, the new HoBootleg Geo now comes in five stock sizes, adding an XS to fit more riders. Then, Cinelli significantly lowered Stack heights across the board, cutting about a centimeter and a half off with shorter headtubes. While frame Reach is essentially unchanged for the same short stem + wide bar fits, lowering stack also shortens the front end length, too. That makes the new bikes slightly shorter overall, making them a little quicker hand"
Cinelli updated the HoBootleg Geo (MY26) as an affordable, nearly indestructible steel, rigid dropbar fat-tire adventure bike designed for extreme bikepacking and off-road touring. The frame geometry was refined after three years of testing to deliver a more forward and much lower rider position for slightly more nimble handling without losing off-road stability. Stack heights were reduced about 1.5 cm via shorter headtubes while reach remains essentially unchanged, shortening the front-end and quickening steering. The bike now comes in five stock sizes including XS and adds a UDH to allow compatibility with any drivetrain option.
