On Sunday, December 14, 2025, Berlin chefs will hold a one-night, 30-seat charity dinner at Restaurant PARS to raise funds for Medico International. The event will donate 100% of proceeds to support aid work in Gaza and the Palestinian territories. Participating chefs will collaborate on a menu featuring ingredients sourced through Conflictfood from producers in conflict zones, including Palestinian Medjool dates, Za'atar, freekeh, olive oil, tahini, Afghan saffron, Ukrainian Ivan Chai, and Kampot pepper. The evening will include a traditional Palestinian dish by Amina Zoe Papadopoulos and a talk by Riad Othman of Medico International. Tickets cost €200.
