Training Report: Updates on Bayern Munich stars Jamal Musiala, Hiroki Ito, and Dayot Upamecano
Briefly

Jamal Musiala, the Bayern Munich star, is making strides in his recovery from a hamstring tear, aiming to join the German national team for the UEFA Nationals semifinal against Portugal. He has resumed ball training, although his first session lasted only 21 minutes. Alongside Musiala, teammate Hiroki Itō is also training individually following a metatarsal injury, while Dayot Upamecano engages in his own workouts as he prepares for the upcoming Club World Cup. Musiala's return is eagerly anticipated as he works hard to regain full fitness.
That went quickly. Jamal Musiala came out at 12:00 p.m. After two separate runs around the training grounds—albeit at a higher intensity than yesterday—and initial ball control exercises, it was all over again at 12:12 p.m.
First cautious exercises with a ball are also possible again at @JamalMusiala.
Meanwhile, inside, Hiroki Itō is training individually after breaking his metatarsal.
Dayot Upamecano worked individually on the pitch for around half an hour today.
