"This new contract means a great deal of appreciation and huge support for me. It allows me to focus fully on my recovery, and I'll do all I can to be back on the pitch as soon as possible. Bayern has become a second home for me. Especially now after my injury, I've got lots of goals with the club that I still want to achieve. I really appreciate that Bayern have put their trust in me."
"I really appreciate that Bayern have put their trust in me. I'm really looking forward to being back on the pitch again with the team and hope I can do my role just as well as before. This team is special and what I miss the most right now. It means I'm even more looking forward to being part of this team on the pitch again soon."
Sarah Zadrazil signed a new contract with Bayern Munich that provides appreciation and support and allows full focus on recovery from a torn cruciate ligament. She described Bayern as a second home and expressed gratitude for the club's trust and her eagerness to return to the pitch. The 32-year-old suffered the ACL injury in September's Bundesliga match against Freiburg and has been working on a comeback. Zadrazil joined Bayern from Turbine Potsdam in 2020 and established herself as a key midfield motor. She has made 160 appearances and scored six goals for Bayern and has earned 128 caps for Austria since 2010.
