Their trip to Paris, including Disneyland, had been booked long ago, but then they found out FC Bayern would be playing in Paris during their stay. "We tried to get tickets straightaway, and it was amazing it worked out," says Kirsten. FC Bayern has always been an important part of the family."

Kirsten and Rupert traveled to Paris with their sons Lian and Jonah on a long-planned trip that included Disneyland. FC Bayern has been an important part of the family's identity; Rupert is a Munich native and both boys support the club. Kirsten moved to Munich more than ten years ago and also supports the club despite her origins near Bad Oeynhausen.
