Bayern Munich confirmed the permanent transfer of American center back Grayson Dettoni to 2. Bundesliga club SV Darmstadt 98, without disclosing a transfer fee. Dettoni joined Bayern in 2017 from 1859+1 Munich after moving from America and progressed through the academy, reaching the U-23s at age 18. An 18-month loan to Grasshopper Zürich in January 2025 ended after six months, with no first-team minutes and a return to the U-23s.
