Konrad Laimer wants to remain at Bayern Munich and extend his contract at the Allianz Arena. Another meeting took place to discuss his contract after a prior meeting in December 2025. Laimer’s position appears to have shifted, with indications he may not seek as much money as in the first round of talks. He would value staying because his family lives in Salzburg, where he also has a house about an hour and a half to two hours from Munich. He still wants more than his current salary, so negotiations continue, but keeping him now looks less impossible for Bayern.
