"We've kept a close eye on Kassandra over the last two seasons. She's another outstanding example of Essen's excellent youth development. Kassandra has impressed us with her pace and technical ability on the ball as well as her determination out of possession. She's brave under pressure, can hold her own against top teams and fits perfectly into our philosophy of giving the most talented young German players the chance to continue their development in our team."
"I'm really happy about this move. It's a special moment for me personally as I know I'm now getting the chance to prove myself in a first-class environment and in one of the best teams in Europe. I want to take the next step in Munich and develop both as a player and person. My aim is to quickly slot in and support the team."
