"To identify the fastest-growing labor markets, Coworking Cafe evaluated 102 U.S. cities based on four workforce indicators: employment growth, working-age population change, migration inflows and telecommuting rates. The study also assessed how coworking markets evolved in these cities from 2023 to 2025 to measure how these dynamics translate into new flex workspace supply. According to the report, Austin met the rising demand for flexible workspaces by adding 19 coworking spaces to its existing 58, bringing the total to 77, a 33% increase since 2023."

"With both employment and workforce growing - and giant employers like Samsung, SpaceX and Apple expanding in the area - things are looking even better for the coworking market," the report said. "In 14th place, Austin's booming tech sector, fast-growing workforce, and surge in remote professionals continue to make it a coworking powerhouse in the South.""
