Delta Airlines is enhancing its support for college football fans by introducing over 40 additional flights this fall, the largest schedule ever for the season. The added flights are timed for key matchups, with most operations scheduled for Fridays and Sundays to accommodate weekend game attendees, knowing the season kicks off on August 23 and wraps up on December 13.
Delta is adding more than 40 flights for college football season this fall, enhancing fan access to stadiums across 25 cities, with 8,000 added seats.
"College football is one of the great American traditions, and Delta is excited to help bring even more fans to the games that matter to them the most," said Amy Martin.
These extra flights will help fans to get in their seats to watch some of the season's most-anticipated matchups, including LSU at Clemson and Texas at Ohio State.
The regular college football season kicks off on August 23, with most teams starting their season on August 30, and ending on December 13.
