The Tigers moved a player back to the 15-day injured list due to right adductor inflammation, with the designation retroactive to May 28. Beau Brieske was reinstated from the 60-day injured list to take his place on the active roster. To make room on the 40-man roster, the Tigers transferred southpaw Brant Hurter to the 60-day injured list in a corresponding transaction.
