First, the club selected left-hander José Suarez to the major league roster, followed by the recall of righty Nathan Wiles. The club then optioned two right-handers, Connor Seabold and Alexis Díaz, to Triple-A Gwinnett. Finally, Sean Murphy was transferred to the 60-day injured list. Suarez started game one of the doubleheader, where he tossed seven innings and allowed two runs on five hits. He recorded nine strikeouts."
