Austin Riley has been reinstated from the injured list after suffering an abdominal strain. The Atlanta Braves optioned Nacho Alvarez Jr. to Triple-A Gwinnett following this decision. Riley had previously landed on the injured list on July 12 and returned to the lineup against the Texas Rangers, but he did not find success, going hitless in four at-bats.
