Briefly

Tonight’s minor league matchups feature notable performances and key pitchers. The Gwinnett Stripers hope to continue their winning momentum after a last-minute victory, sending Hurston Waldrep to the mound against the impressive Joe Boyle of the Durham Bulls. The Birmingham Barons face Columbus Clingstones, who recently scored 13 runs, largely thanks to standout performers. Meanwhile, the Greenville Drive seek to carry their recent shutout win over the Rome Emperors into this matchup, showcasing promising players like Patrick Clohisy and Ambioris Tavarez. Expect thrilling performances across the games tonight.
The Stripers look to build off of last nights 9th inning victory by sending out Hurston Waldrep to face off against Joe Boyle who has been great for the Durham Bulls.
The Clingstones exploded for 13 runs last night and it had a lot to do with the first four of Cody Milligan, Cal Conley, Ethan Workinger, and David McCabe who each had at least two hits.
The Emperors will be looking for revenge against the Drive who shut them out yesterday 6-0. They hand the ball over to Adam Maier who is coming off of a pair of great back-to-back starts.
Players to watch for the Emperors include Patrick Clohisy, who picked up his 17th and 18th stolen bases of the season yesterday, EJ Exposito, and Ambioris Tavarez.
