An exhibition of lithographs by Aileen Crossley launched at the Courthouse Arts Centre in Tinahely to strong acclaim. The display includes work from Where the Tree Dogs Fly, an IBBY Honor listed and IDI award-winning children’s picturebook, published in Irish in 2025 as An Áit a Néitlíonn na Madái Crainn. Guests attended a free three-hour event with a wine reception, meeting Crossley and viewing the prints. Crossley, originally from Dublin and now living in rural Wicklow, creates work rooted in analogue and handmade processes, with nature as a central theme. Her practice spans lithography printmaking and stop motion animation, including the award-winning sand animation Wishing Well. The exhibition runs until Saturday, May 30, ending at 4pm.
